We remembered to use 'thirds' in our landscape and also tested out some of the ideas shared by Mrs Whalen ...

warm colours closer

cooler colours further away

something on the side (at the front)

miixing colours

odd numbers in groupings ...

Though this was a "quick sketch & paint" we are pretty happy with the results.
